Logging your food, activity, water intake and even your moods and other items are an integral (and required) part of our work together. Since I can't be with you 24/7, this is the most effective way for me to help you help yourself achieve the results you desire.
While you are not required to use MyFitnessPal, it is the simplest, quickest and easiest way to accomplish this, and most definitely my preferred method. If you are not going to use MyFitnessPal for this, we need to establish an alternate system that works for both of us. If we agree on another method and it is not working (ie: you are not consistently sending me logs via the agreed upon method) we may need to revisit the use of MyFitnessPal
